Compassionate Consulting, Practical Experience

How my journey began -

I worked my way through college and started my career in academic administration when I was only 18 years old. Now, I apply over 15 years of experience and skills honed in staff, senior, leadership, and director positions in non-profits, grassroots organizations, networks, academia, companies, and creative arts organizations to you and your team to help evolve your organization into a compassionate, efficient, and harmonious space that is equitable for all.

Where my journey has taken me -

I have crystallized my wealth of knowledge, learning, skill, and experience into a consultancy that focuses on helping organizations, Leaders, and teams thrive by helping them rethink and thus reshape their work and approach in a way that is people-centered and practical.

I use techniques from my work in the creative arts to foster communication and collaboration.

I utilize the skills I learned in the corporate sector to cultivate efficiency and systems thinking.

I apply my experience from the healing arts to encourage balance and growth.

What sets my approach apart is that I take the time to get to know your organization, you, and your Team. I learn how you are wired to be a Leader. I learn the needs of your Team. I gain an understanding of your organization’s essentials. While there is certainly a place for Leadership training or team-building programs where you can practice skills, and while there are firms that have preset models for organizational strategy that can be implemented, and they have value, those aren’t tailored to you, your organization, or your Team.

I take a customized approach.

You are a unique Leader, and your team and organization are unique.

My work takes things deeper.

As a result, through my friendly professionalism, Leaders, Teams, and organizations thrive in supportive and nurturing work environments that are grounded in practical strategy and efficient systems.
